Suggest Treatment For Soft And Tender Spot On The Head

I have a soft spot on the top right part of my head in my hair after an injury. It is about the size of a thumb and is hard around it. It hurts to touch and has now swelled up into half of my forehead. What can I do for heeling? What does the soft spot mean?

Apply cold compress for soft & tender swelling take antiinflammatory drug for 3to5days to resolve swelling,which is due to underlying rupture of small vessels & capillary.
