Two days ago I fell down a flight of stairs. I slammed the top of the left iliac crest there is a bruise from my hip to my spine ( in the shape of the stair) just starting to come out now. There is swelling on my entire lower left hip/glute area...burning pain below the bruise but no bruise? I don't have insurance...should I see an urgent care physician, chiropractor ? I am pretty sure I have some sort of tear or soft tissue injury but why is there no bruising over the tear? I have been using ice and taking Aleve. I cannot ben over and have trouble walking. Any advice is appreciated!
