Suggest Treatment For Sore Gums

from a few days my gums are paining,i am not even able to eat food easily as it pains ,i am 15 years in age.Actually one day i was brushing and was in a hurry ,hence was brushing very fast and i don t know how but i actually hurt myself with the brush in my gums,and from then only my pain started..........just know i also noticed a slight dark red color in the lower part of my gums............i am away from home and hence can t meet a dentist,pls suggest some remedies to me as soon as possible

Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain pain in gums along with dark red color seems y be due to inflammation in gums and can be secondary to gum infection..

As of now you can apply a numbing gel containing Lignocaine over the gums..
You can apply Antibiotic Ointment over gums..
Gargle with antiseptic mouthwash twice a day..
Use an ultra soft toothbrush for brushing teeth..
You can also take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen for reducing pain and inflammation..

Once you can see a dentist get evaluated thoroughly and get treated accordingly..
