Hi I have a a few blind spots on my chin they are really sore to touch but have no head. And the biggest is about a cm wide it s massive and right in the middle ov my chin. Tonight I was reading my book n felt pain under my chin. I touched it and. An feel a lump n it s sensitive to touch is this normal is it my lymph nodes swelling because of the blind spots??? Also I get a flare up of these blind spots a lot is ther any thing that may help???
Based on the history you have shared, it can be acne with superimposed infection leading to local lymph nodes swelling. It is better to get a dermatologist review and if needed, a biopsy of the swelling. Antibiotics oral and topical like Tetracycline may be needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Regards,
