Suggest Treatment For Sore Swelling In The Left Elbow And Arm
I hurt my left arm picking up a piece of furniture, from my muscle on my arm below and including the elbow is sore. Feels like I pulled or tore a muscle. I cannot lift much weight with my left arm. What advise for rehab do you have for me? It is swollen a bit below my arm muscle,Should I wrap it? keep applying heat? please advise,thankyou

If this trauma is recent start when cold fomentation and use elbow brace.You may need SONOGRAPHY OF elbow joint depending upon swelling.
