Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat, Acid Reflux And Coughing

Probably not a cause for concern but just wondering if it s worth seeing a doctor. Last night I woke up coughing. This has happened in the past a couple of times when I forgot to take my tablet for keeping my acid reflux under control. A recent endoscopy revealed a small hernia that my doctor said to keep an eye on. Not sure if any of that is related to my current issue but for the past couple of days I have had an itchy, dry, minor sore throat and croaky voice. It feels like there is something stuck and whenever I try to clear it I can feel the walls of my airway close up for a couple of seconds. My nose is a little stuffy too. I don t have any trouble breathing in general though and I do not have a temperature or headache. In the past I have had the common cold but haven t ever experienced anything like this, mostly just runny nose, coughing and sneezing etc. Is this a common cold or something different?
