I started getting a sore throat last Monday which turned into a cold. Sore throat persisted while other symptoms came and went. Sore throat has has now become worse. I have a burning sensation at the base of my tongue and in my ears. It is very painful to swallow. All other symptoms of the cold are gone.

4- Pharyngoscopy to look for adenoids and polyp or growth.
