As per your complain sore throat,
excessive salivation and coughing of dark green phlegm can be commonly due to Upper
respiratory tract infection but it lasts for a week or ten days and as it has persisted for 3 weeks it might have progressed to lower respiratory tract..
A bump over the roof of mouth can be due to formation of a
Pyogenic granuloma or an abscess occuring secondary to infection and will get resolved gradually as the infection subside..
The sore at the back of tongue can be inflamed circumvallate papillae and can occur secondary to infection..
You should
consult a Pulmonologist or an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can advise you blood tests, throat swab culture and chest x ray to confirm the cause and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be given antibiotics like Cephelexin, Augmentin, Levofloxacin etc, painkillers like tylenol or Ibuprofen, decongestants like
Phenylephrine, mucolytics like Ambroxol, warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room..
Do warm compresses over chest and drink plenty of water..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods..
