Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Dizziness During Pregnancy?

i am 4 months pregnant and i have a sore throat blocked nose feeling dizzy can t keep any food down and bloody phlegm should i go to the hospital I seen a doctor Friday and they said I had a viral infection and I can t take anything just bed rest but I feel like I am getting worst

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Viral infection of respiratory tract is generally self limiting and should subside by 3 to 5 days.
For your symptoms, kindly do the following:
1. Do salt water gargling with warm water twice daily.
2. Use steam inhalation twice daily to liquify mucous and its easy drainage.
3. Use nasal decongestant drops or spray containing Xylometazoline as ingredient.
4. Avoid intake of cold items like cool drinks and ice-creams.
Keep yourself warm and take adequate rest.
