Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Severe Cough

I have been ill for 4 to 5 weeks and it started with sore throat no cold that quickly went to my chest and throat like an infection . Two doctors said they couldn t hear it on my chest although It was like wheezing and choking to me they said as they could not hear an infection it was not a case for antibiotics but it got worse and I was choking after coughing and my airways closed in and couldn t get my breath and I was fighting for breath so another doctor prescribed Ethrymycin for Bronchitus . After taking antibiotics for a week it made no difference so I went back to the doctor and I have been very sick for over a fortnight now with thick clear sticky mucus, then phlegm but was prescribed nothing as the doctor said if its viral antibiotics wont treat It . I still have the cough and sickness, eating makes me sick. I am sometimes wheezy, pain in my chest comes on every now and then and like an itchy throat. The cough still making me sick. It is hard to bend or move around without coughing and being sick. I am getting no better I also burp up with this condition. 5 weeks is a long time and I am worried
