Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Thick Cough

Hi I had a sore throat last week took strepcils and it went away after 3days and it turn in to tickly cough. Frm last Monday I have a very dry feeling in my throat specially left side . It's nt a constant feeling . On and off. And I feel like a hair stuck in my throat.

Your diagnosis : pharyngitis(granular or viral )

Here no need for much worry...

Follow below instruction.......
-take benadryl like drug for congestion relief.....
-more water
-ciprofloxacin antibiotic 500 mg bd for five days...
-avoid excess spicy and fried foods as they can irritate mucosa
-steam inhalation two times a day....

If runny nose present than oxymetazoline nasal drop used for three days....

If still your symptoms increased consult ENT surgeon and investigate with....
1.CBC
2.Throat swab
