Hello. Thanks for asking from hCM.
I can understand your concern. These symptoms could be due to
:
Viral fever - It presents as fever, body ache, generalised weakness, headache, decreased appetite, may cause burning of urine. It usually subsides on its own in 5-7 days.
For relief, you can give her plenty of water ( 2-2.5 litre),
Paracetamol to relieve fever after proper prescription, bed rest, multivitamins capsules, good diet. If no relief, you can
consult doctor. he might advise few blood tests, urine tests to rule out bacterial infection, urine infection or another cause. Further management will be decided after test reports.
:
Urinary tract infection - It could be a possibility. In girl child, it is commoner. It can presents with above mentioned symptoms.
For relief, you can ask her
: To take plenty of fluids (2-3 litre)
: Maintain hygiene at private parts to prevent recurrence
: Take antibiotic course like Levofloxacin/Amikacin injection after proper prescription and under guidance of doctor
: Painkiller with anti fever properties like
Diclofenac sodium/combination of Paracetamol-
Aceclofenac after proper prescription.
: Increase uptake of sour fruits like lemon/orange to relieve burning
: She can also take urine alkaliser like
potassium citrate with meal to relieve burning.
You should also consult doctor for urine tests. Urine culture sensitivity, urine routine examination reports will find out the exact cause. It will help in better management.
Hope it will help you. Thanks. Take care
