Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat, Cough And Laryngitis

I ve had a sore throat for a week and for 3 days I had laryngitis. I have my voice back to but still have sore throat, cough and stuffy nose, hoarse voice. When I cough at end of day there fills like lump in throat. Did have swollen glands 5 days ago but they are not swollen now.

Consult a general practitioner and get the following things done::-
I suggest you to consult a general practitioner and get the following things done:-
(1)- You can take acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain.
(2)- A short course of antibiotics is mandatory, she can use amoxicillin for five to seven days.
(3)- Antihistamines like levocetrezine can be tried for symptomatic relief.
(4)- Do warm saline gargles or grgling with an antiseptic mouth wash
If symptoms persist despite all these a throat swab may be needed to find out the exact pathogen causing the illness.
