Monday morning I started with a headache. By the afternoon body aches and sore throat. Tuesday I had a fever of 102.3f. I took cold medicine and been taking cold medicine ever since. I keep sweating fever today my headache is only focused on the right side of my head is pounding that is goes to my ear. I get up to walk and the headache is so strong I get lightheaded and dizzy. Throat hurts at every swallow that I m just spitting the saliva.now I developed diarrhea.

Some advices that I can give to you are : -Gargle with warm salt water to help reduce swelling and relieve discomfort -stay hydrated -Use a vaporizer or humidifier in your bedroom. -don't smoke -Use nonprescription throat lozenges.
