Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat, Green Phlegm, Dry Cough And Fatigue

I have a bad sore throat. I started with a fever over 6 days ago, but no fever after the first day. Had hoarse, raspy voice that was painful to talk and mostly lost my voice at one point. I was extremely exhausted. Not much congestion in the nose/head at all, but in morning I cough up green phlegm. Then have a dry cough mostly at night. My glands are swollen. It hurts to swollow. I do not have tonsils. I m wondering if I should just keep resting (which I did a lot of over the last 3 days) and keep drinking tons (which I have been doing for the last 6 days). Or should I see a Dr.
