Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain white pustules at the back of throat seems to be probably due to a severe case of bacterial throat infection known as Strep Throat..

As you are already on antibiotics and left with 3 more days you should continue taking it and do not worry as the infection will subside the white patches will gradually resolve..

Along with it doing warm saline gargles, steam inhalation and using a humidifier in your room can be very much relieving.
-You can also suck throat lozenges to soothe the throat..
-Gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
-Gargle with antiseptic solution like few drops of betadine in water..
-Chew Vitamin C pellets to boost up the immunity..
-Avoid spicy and chilled foods..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
