Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat

I went to the doctor about 10 days ago for a sore throat.mthey gave me a z pack for 5 days. All for a sudden the pain came back just as bad if not worse today. It's only on one side of my throat. Is there a home remedy I should try or should I call the doctor again?

Hello
You are feeling intense pain in the throat on one side , may be due to unilateral septic pharyngitis or enlargement of tonsil.
When such case visit I advise them to take FEW GARLIC SLICE , CRUSH THEM , SQUEEZE THEIR JUICE IN A SMALL BOWL ,NOW WITH THE HELP OF SOME COTTON SWAB APPLY ON THE EFFECTED PART IN THROAT & at once you will get relief .
This is a formula without any scientific proof and I assure this is harmless and without side effect , you can do at your home .
I have tried on my so many patient .
Alternatively you can take anti septic tablet for chew or dextromethophan tablet for chew .
When such patient visit, I advise my patient to take levofloxacin 10 mf / kg .once in day for 5 days .
This is a prescription drug so consult your doctor .
