Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat

I had a sore throat a week ago and went in for a throat culture. They treated me with a z-pak but did not think I had strep. Doctor called today and said the throat culture came back with both enterodacter cloacae and pseudomonas aeruginosa. They are calling in sipro but asked that i see an infectious specialist. what does this mean?
