Understanding your concern. As per your query soreness and pain on gums along with ear and cheek pain seems to be because of condition known as BRUXISM, that is clenching of teeth at night . Bruxism can occur due various reasons like stress , dental infection, impacted wisdom tooth and misalignment of teeth. Pain radiates to whole jaw , ear and head. I Would suggest you to try to keep your self relax and reduce stress. Take proper rest. Take ibuprofen (if not allergic) or paracetamol for pain. Give warm compresses to jaw and facial muscles. Start stretching exercises for facial muscles. Consult oral surgeon for proper diagnosis and start treatment with night guard to prevent attrition of teeth and bruxism. Start taking muscle relaxant such as orthodox MR.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
