Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Redness On Skin

My husband has been using Just for Men beard and mustache color for years but now it seems to be affecting his skin. He has sores and redness. It looks likes some dryness but nothing will take it away. It also itches. Could hydrocortisone cream be effective? Is there anything that can be recommended?

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
