Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Stiffness In Neck
My 13 year old daughters neck is sore and stiff. It constantly pops when she moves it. It started this summer in july while on vacation in Florida. We went to family doctor thinking it was a crick in her neck and they treated her with steroid pack and shots thinking it was due to surfing. Went back again in late November and received the steroid pack again without results. Dr suggested a chiropractor because of extremely tight muscles. I am not fond of chiropractor s. What do you suggest? An Ortho possibly, could this be serious?

An MRI of the cervical vertebrae is needed in this case to assess any pathology in the neck area to begin with.
