Suggest Treatment For Soreness In The Arms
My left arm has been sore for 4 or 5 months. I determined it was from moving a box fan around every day, so I stopped doing that. The pain ceased for a while, but now it s come back and I have no strength in that arm. Now my right arm is starting to bother me.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be some musculoskeletal condition and it may be due cervical degenerative disease of spine in either pain can be well managed with any NSAID but underying cause would be matter concern, hope this information helps.
