Suggest Treatment For Sores On Rectum Inspite Of Being Diabetic

someone very close to me has had the feeling of worms crawling on and in her rectum. Her dr said she has some sores on her bottom. she is diabetic and has taken gabapatin for neuropothy and that is what the dr told her to take for this but she is miserable. she has no appetite and gts nauseaus

hi,
it is likely that she has ulcers in her rectum, which are less likely due to diabetes. she may need to rule out inflammatory bowel disease. she may also require colonoscopy to rule out proximal bowel ulcers or even more serious diseases.
This is right time to consult a gastroenterologist and find out what is causing the problem especially because loss of appetite and nausea are accompanied.
