Suggest Treatment For Speaking Problems In Child

My baby is now over 2 years but she could not speak.

History

She had suffered with high jaundice (Her bilirubin was around 40) at the age of 5 days only and we have to transfuse the whole blood with an operation by which she got some damages.

Condition

She has delayed milestone and now at the age of 2 years she can only sit (not properly). As per the hearing tests she could not hear.

What could I do and from where?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Most developmental disabilities are thought to be caused by a complex mix of factors. These factors include genetics; parental health and behaviors (such as smoking and drinking) during pregnancy; complications during birth; infections the mother might have during pregnancy or the baby might have very early in life; and exposure of the mother or child to high levels of environmental toxins, such as lead. If your child is not meeting the milestones for his or her age, or you are concerned about your child’s development, talk with your child’s doctor and share your concerns.
