Suggest Treatment For Spider Bite

spider bite perhaps, in northern ohio...small red circle with white in the middle..this is the third time this summer I've been bit. I actually saw the spider in July, it had a web in between the slats on my deck and right where I sit at the table. It was medium sized and when I poked a stick through the web, it took off running across the deck..any idea what kind it might be?
