Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you are having disc prolapse. In this condition there is disc prolapse in spine which cause nerve compression in the back and that leads to pain going from hip to knee.
I would suggest you to get MRI of the spine to confirm the diagnosis. If there is disc herniation less than 50 percent than you can be treated with physiotherapy.
If it is more than 50 percent than you will need dissectomy.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
