Suggest Treatment For Spinal Stenosis

I have had spinal stenosis for about 7 years and have had 5 operations to try to improve the situation--to no avail for the most part. And two years ago, after a right knee replacement, I was getting up from the floor and felt a pop in my right knee. It was diagnosed first as a sprain. About a year later a sports doctor did and echogram and saw a partial tear in the VMO which she couldn t repair. But for the last couple of years my back and leg hurt and my right leg tends to buckle. I have fallen several times. What is your advice for the best therapy? Thanks so much. Bill Siren YYYY@YYYY
