I am 29 years old working as a software engineer,and i am suffering from back pain so i consulted a neuro specialist doctor and he said that i am having spine tuberculosis at L1 and D12. I have taken treatment for 7 months but still i am getting pain if i sit for more time or if do any work then i will stain and getting back pain. In my profession i sit for 11 to 13 hours daily. What precautions i need to take and can spine tuberculosis disease cured completely.
You will need antibiotics, but you probably already getting those. If I were your treating doctor, I would refer you to a physiotherapist to treat the backpain, and to help you with precautions.
