Suggest Treatment For Split Open Wound On The Eye Brow

Hi, I got a hockey stick thrown at my face and it hit just above my eye bellow my eye brow, it spilt open and bled a fair amount. It has now swollen up, I feel a bit dizzy and have a headache (3 hours after the incident) I have no memory loss. What do you advise? Thank you

I would advise you to get the wound stitched and take a course of antibiotics and pain killers for the wound.
