Suggest Treatment For Spondylosis Of Lower Lumbar Spine

I have severe lower back pain. I am having trouble understanding my MRI report. It reads as follows:

L5-S1 Moderate diffuse bulging of the disk material that is greatest posterolaterally on the right.Mild facet hypertrophy. Mild impingement upon the thecal sac greater on the right. Severe impingement upon the left neural foramen and moderate to severe impingement on the right.

L4-L5 Moderat bulging of the disc and moderate central canal stenosis. Bilateral severe impingement upon the neural foramina.

L5-S1 Slight degree of retrolisthesis and mild bulging of the disc material. Mild impingement upon the thecal sac and moderate impingement upon the neural foramina.

Impression; Moderately severe spondylosis of lower lumbosacral spine. The most severe central canal stenosis is moderate central canal stenosis at the L4-L5 level. The most severe foraminal stenosis is severe left foraminal stenosis at the L5-S1 level.
