General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

An inability to bend to knees can be part of nerve compression at lumbar spine levels and further consequences of the pathology. Primary relief with:
- heating pad application
- local application of analgesic spray or ointment containing camphor or menthol, diclofenac etc.
- adapting postural changes to provoke comfort of nerve issues
- assisted physiotherapy with experts
Once a consultation with ortho surgeon and MRI of the spine as per the requirement would be the final curative path to the issue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
