Suggest Treatment For Spotting And Cramps After Mirena Removal
im postmenopasal and recently had my mirena removed by my dr as my gynae thought it was causing the spotting and cramping and wants to see if it helps.i had the mirena removed 2 weeks ago and am having irregular bleeding is this normal im also having crampy pain

It may take some time to settle at its own as local inflammatory change or hormonal imbalance caused by mirena may cause some spotting or menstrual abnormalities and for pain acetaminophen and anti spasmodic like drotavarine can be helpful. If problem persists, may also need gynecologist review.
