Suggest Treatment For Spotting, Tiredness And Nausea After Cervical Biopsy Done During Pregnancy

I am 29 weeks pregnant, 37 years old, had cervical biopsy done four days ago. There was weird stuff coming out of me the last two days (best way to describe it is wet toilet paper) with very light spotting. Also feeling very sick on and off (feverish, nauseous, tired). Is something wrong?
