Suggest Treatment For Sprain On The Foot Along With Swelling

I have a sprain in my foot u aquire 1 week and 4 days ago, there is still bruising slight swelling and my toes are numb/tingly. When bending my toes the middle barely moves the last two have no movement while the first two have full range of motion. It hurts to apply pressure such as standing. Is this normal?

Thanks for asking. Take homeopathic medicine arnica30 and avoid movement. Also apply cold sponge on swelling
