Hi my father is a 83 year old prostate cancer patient for the past 5 yrs.He has had orchiectomy done & been taking LHRH injections 2 yrs back during which his psa was under control.His cancer has now spread to the bones & he has stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer His doctor has adviced Honvan 120 mg twice a day, Wysalone , & PAN 40mg twice a day. He is also hvg severe back pain for which he is taking Ultracet. Since taking this medication he is hvg nausea & vomiting sensation. .he is not able to take any solid food & only has soup with grt difficulty ..he has becm very weak. .pls advice on the right medication. .his psa was 187 before starting this medication
