Suggest Treatment For Squint In Eyes

Hello doctor,
Am 24 years old, i have squint eyes.sometimes left eye sometimes right is on outer side,am stuggling to overcome it and its hampering my confidence,i get headaches also because of this.spects din help much.what is the treatment

I believe you have alternating outward squinting(exotropia). Your eyes are fixing alternatively.

Surgery is good option. But you should be completely evaluated before surgery. The eye with most time deviation should be operated. Most of the time operating on one is sufficient to correct both, or else adjusting surgery may be needed on other eye.
