my boyfriend was diagnosed with stage one lung cancer, he is 26 years old and has Hip from medicaid but there is only 1 surgeon to do his surgery to take out the few growths in his lungs but hes been holding it off for over a month or two now and im getting so worried that things are getting worse, he will not go to his surgeon because he had an emergency appendix removal by her (which is when he found out he had the cancer) and the surgeon left a questionable scar on the opposite side of his stomach no where near where the appendix was. So hes horrified to get surgery on his lungs. I dont know but what im trying to say is does anyone know a way to still get treated without going through medicaid ? Like is there anyway around the medical field where he could go that atleast excepts hip from medicaid, hes lost all
hope and gave up on it and i dont want to see him in pain anymore to get help to get this surgery because without it i dont know what to do. please help
