Suggest Treatment For Stage 4 Metastatic Squamous Cell Carcinoma

I am a healthy 63 year old Male who just got diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic Squamous cell Carcinoma. In June they found a tutor in my right lung alone with 4 infected Lymp-nodes and has also spread into my upper spine and sturnum. I have no pain or symptoms except coughing. Saskatoon will only offer Chemo and are not to positive. . Is there any thing else besides Chemo I can use or are there any new clinical trials underway for this kind of Cancer?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Chemotherapy is the right way to go in my opinion. Whether there are local clinical trials is something you should ask your local treating oncologist about.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anders Mark Christensen, General Surgeon
