Suggest Treatment For Sterile Epididymitis
I have been diagnosed with sterile epididymitis which I have suffered on and off for years. For the last year it has been almost constant. Did the antibiotics, NSAIDs, nerve block (did nothing) and now on gabapentin for three weeks, and still the same, maybe even worse some days. Anything hing else to try?

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the infection but it could be something else and it may be some surgical condition too and it needs to be managed accordingly better to see the urologist hope this information helps.
