Suggest Treatment For Stiff Arms Along With Inability To Crawl In An Infant

My grandson is 17 months. today he was diagnosed with static CP. He has been having OT and PT since Dec. as part of Early Development. He is about 6 months behind . What can we do to help with his tight arms and his ability to crawl. He has been walking when held but not alone.

Need neuro-pediatrician consultation and orthopedic too. A few strategies these both doctor's can give, few injections are available which can reverse if your child comes under that criteria, few may be reversed totally too.
