Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In Wrists
Hi Sometime my wrist feels stiff so i have to rotate my hand to click it,everytime i do this it clicks also I sometimes get a pain which goes into my fingers it s like a tingling,I also have pain in my forearm, worst if pressure is applied any idea what it could be ?

The symptoms seem to be related to rheumatoid arthritis. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication to relieve the stiffness such as Ibuprofen three times a day. I also suggest doing physical therapy.
