Suggest Treatment For Stitches Marks After Treating Hand Injury

sir...i have an accident last yr and my radius bone was broken ....so surgery is done by doctors and stapels stiches are used....and around 20 stiches marks are on my hand....and i m a college students and because of these marks i even can t wear half sleeves shirts and t- shirts ....and i m very depressed by this sir...plzz help me and give me solution to remove these marks of stiches.
