Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ache And Fever

My son has viral fever and suffering from stomach acbe from 3 days and. He is having temperature of 101 continuousl. So I am currently giving paracetomal 6ml of 250mg,ofloaxin suspension and rantac tab and fresium 10mg, so giving nirocil along with.this.medication as any side effects ?

Hi, since your doc has covered all medicines, I wouldn't suggest any more medicines to your kid. But would like to advise to complete one course of deworming, once he is out of all the present medication.
As for your question regarding the safety of nirocil, this is a herbal product and usually prescribed in cases of viral diseases and since I practice Allopathy medicine, cannot say for sure the efficacy of these drugs but by far it is accepted that these drugs are free of adverse effects but cannot confirm as i do not have any first hand experience with herbal medicines.
Would also like to bring to your notice that all viral diseases are active for 5-7 days inspite of an antibiotic course so you need to have patience.
