Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ache And Nausea

I have had a stomach ache, nausea for two months straight, but all my blood work looks good according to my doctor. I am nervous because if I don t have H Plyori then I m thinking I have something pretty serious. My questions is how much are people sick with bad stomach pains....forever sometimes?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

In your case, if all your blood work is normal, then endoscopy of upper gastro-intestinal tract may be required to ascertain the cause of your problem. It may be due to presence of any inflammation or ulcers of stomach or esophagus or duodenum. The endoscopy will also rule out any pathology like polyps, tumors or cancers etc. Treatment of the cause should resolve your problem.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
