Hi,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. With such presentations in my clinic, my first diagnosis would have been
acute gastritis.
First of all, you should take the following general measures as seriously as any medication:
• Try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.
• Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc.
• Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc.
• Sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep.
• Sip cold water as it helps with nausea.
• Do regular exercises once you are out of this acute episode.
Along with that, take Tab
Ondansetron, Tab Emset, Cap Pan-D, Syrup Digene.
Also, take ORS frequently to avoid any
electrolyte imbalance and
dehydration. Also, I would suggest you take Tab Oflox if you suspect any infectious pathology like eating outside.
If the symptoms don’t get relieved, please don’t hesitate to go to your local physician for proper diagnosis and treatment of these symptoms the mentioned
facial rash. For now, nothing seems serious to me.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Maninder, General & Family Physician
