hello. I was defrosting some fish in the left side of my sink cause I was disinfecting plates on the right side and my fish accidentally fell in the clorox water. the fish was still in the bag but the bag was really thin and it was sealed. I didn't think anything would happen so I rinsed the bag, opened it, and cooked it. now I feel pressure in my chest and I have a stomach ache. should I be concerned??
Your symptoms may be related to the meal and not the use of chlorox, though it would be difficult to know at this stage.
You can consider using a lot of water to dilute any possible chlorox and monitoring your symptoms. If there are significant changes then you should visit your doctor.
I hope this helps
