Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating And Chronic Loose Stools
Hi over the last week, past 6 days I have alternated between watery stool and a constant urge to go to the bathroom. In the past 2 days the urge is really present but the stool is no longer watery. After about 1/2 h after eating anything, the discomfort start until I go to the bathroom. After going it feels like the job is not completely done, but there is nothing left. I also feel a tad light headed. can you help or should I go to the ER?
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Your symptom suggest that you have indigestion & gas problem. Simple changes to your diet can help provide gas relief and also aid digestion such as avoid spicy & fried food. Do not drink water after having meals. Use whole grains instead of refined foods. You can also use fibre supplements like psyllium or methylcellulose. Probiotics may also help aid in digestion and reduce excessive gas. Probiotics are good bacteria similar to the bacteria found in the human gut. They are found in curd, yoghurt & also in probiotic drinks
In mean while take omeprazole 20 mg empty stomach in the morning
If problem persist visit a physician Hope this information helps
