Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating And Gastritis
I am 28 year old male. From past 3 days I am having little upset stomach and have lot of gas. yesterday I noticed some white string like item while urinating. Also felt a little pain in the last few drops of urine. Had a little fever (99.3f) as well. Didn t hve sex in last 1 month also didn t masturbuate. What can be a possible cause for this?

Hello,
The symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection. I suggest to do a urine test to confirm the diagnosis. Meanwhile, I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. I also recommend using Simethicone medications three times a day to relieve the bloating.
