Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating And Sharp Abdominal Pain

Hello, I am 44, perimenopausal and hypothyroid and always a stressed woman. I am having sharp lower left abdominal pain that is constant along with bloating. I feel the need to pass gas and have a bowel movement. I am having regular bowel movements so it's not constipation.
