Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating, constipation And Back Pain
Symptoms......bloating back pain constipation weight loss .... Tests to r/o gallbladder including ultrasound hida scan and ct scan all negative but tumor found on kidney. Mass is solid surgery scheduled. Still feeling badly even worsening. Now have swollen lymph nodes in groin.... Urologist says unrelated to kidney tumor .... GI doc says unrelated to her area of expertise. Surgery scheduled for May 27 and don t have answers about node swelling and general feeling like have flu. This has been going on since early February. Have had a colonoscopy and endoscopy all normal. Could the kidney tumor be a secondary tumor and should this be resolved before surgery?
The kidneytumor needs surgery for removal and biopsy of the specimen for staging. The inguinal nodes not related to kidney tumor or GI concern, may be part of foot trauma, other systemic issue with low immunity and I would suggest biopsy of the inguinal node as well during the kidney tumor surgery for its pathologic diagnosis and cure.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
